Vintage 1940s Black Feather Hat Felt, New York Creation, 22 。This is a unique shaped hat made of black felt. Explosions of feathers, veiling & artificial flowers were popular. Imprint inside the hat: HENRY POLLAK - GLENOVER There is no designer label, indicating it was a custom-made creation.
